BMW NA Product Knowledge on Demand
BMW’s Product Knowledge on Demand website is an online resource for all BMW employees to access any detailed information for all BMW vehicles across all series. The information had to be easily and quickly accessible across all digital platforms.
The project scope included a full review and audit of the old website, research into the user’s needs and expectations and a full re-design.
